對二甲苯硝化還原法合成2,5-二甲酚 |

摘 要:對二甲苯與混酸(硝酸/濃硫酸)經(jīng)硝化反應制得 2,5-二甲基硝基苯,再經(jīng)鈀炭-甲酸銨催化氫轉移還原反應、重氮化/水解反應,最終制得 2,5-二甲基苯酚。三步反應在后處理時(shí)均采用水蒸汽蒸餾。優(yōu)化了反應條件,簡(jiǎn)化了操作,總收率達47%。 |

Abstract:2,5-dimethylphenol was prepared starting from p-xylene through Nitration with HNO_3/H_2SO_4, reduction with Pd/C-HCOONH_4 and diazotization/ hydrolysis. The steam distillation was applied in three steps. The overall yield is 47%. |
