一步法合成乙基纖維素的實(shí)驗研究 |

摘 要:采用正交實(shí)驗的方法,以甲苯為稀釋劑,探討了乙基纖維素一步法合成的工藝條件。研究結果表明:一步法合成工藝流程簡(jiǎn)單易行,生產(chǎn)成本較低,產(chǎn)品取代度相對略低,以1mol纖維素為基準,選出優(yōu)惠工藝條件為:甲苯用量13mol,固體氫氧化鈉用量30mol,氯乙烷用量35 mol,反應溫度140℃,反應時(shí)間12 h,產(chǎn)品乙氧基含量可達44.2%。 |

Abstract:The synthesis of ethyl cellulose was studied by one-step method, with toluene as diluent and orthogonal test was adopted. The results showed that the process of one-step synthesis method was easier, the production cost was lower, and the substitution degree was slightly lower than that by two-step method on the basis of 1 molar cellulose.
