N-叔丁基-N-取代苯甲酰肼的合成研究 |

| 摘 要：采用四種不同的氨基保護法合成了九個(gè) N 叔丁基 N (取代)苯甲酰肼,其中,氯甲酸芐酯保護法和氯甲酸苯酯保護法首次被用于該類(lèi)化合物的合成,氯甲酸芐酯保護法具有反應條件溫和、收率高、后處理簡(jiǎn)單及污染小等優(yōu)點(diǎn),適宜大規模工業(yè)生產(chǎn)。但是,該法的局限性是當苯環(huán)上有氯、溴或硝基等取代基時(shí),不宜采用該法。此時(shí),Boc保護法和氯甲酸苯酯保護法適宜作為該法的補充。 |

| Abstract：Nine of N-tert-butyl-N-substitutedbenzoylhydrazines were synthesized by four different processes, among them, the method of Cbz protection of amino- group enjoys a number of advantages in that the reaction is carried out under mild conditions in good yields, the experimental procedure is very simple and this method may be applicable to large-scale production.
