高品質(zhì)季戊四醇合成工藝的研究 |

摘 要:以甲醛、乙醛、燒堿為原料合成季戊四醇,通過(guò)正交試驗,考察了各種工藝條件對合成單季戊四醇收率的影響。確定的優(yōu)惠工藝條件為:甲醛與乙醛的分子比6.0,堿與乙醛的分子比1.20,甲醛溶液濃度12.0%,反應溫度20℃,反應時(shí)間120min。在優(yōu)選的工藝條件下,單季戊四醇的收率可達94.4%。 |

Abstract:Pentaerythritol was prepared from formaldehyde, acetaldehyde and caustic sode.The effects of some factors to the yield of mono-pentaerythritol were investigated by orthogonal experiments. The optimum technologyical condition are as fellow: the ratio of formaldehyde to acetaldehyde is 6.0,caustic sode to acetaldehyde 1.20, formalin concentration 12.0%, reaction temperature 20℃, reaction time 120 min.The optimal result indicated mono-pentaerythritol yield is 94.4%. |
