吸附干燥器的改進(jìn)與優(yōu)化設計 |

摘 要:針對原吸附干燥器存在結構較為復雜、材質(zhì)浪費過(guò)大、內部盤(pán)管焊接接頭容易泄漏、設備使用壽命短、使用效果較差等問(wèn)題,通過(guò)將其中的氣體分布改為篩孔板結構、夾套與內筒之間巧妙增加加強圈等方面的改進(jìn)設計,新的吸附干燥器結構簡(jiǎn)單,投資省,運行平穩、安全、可靠、高效,完全達到并滿(mǎn)足生產(chǎn)和工藝要求。 |

Abstract:To solve the original absorption drier’s problems, such as constructure’s over-complexity, over-consuming of material, easily leakage of interral coil welding,short life of equipments and bad effctiveness, the following solutions were put forwarded:turning gas distributor into screen opening plate construction and adding a strengthened coil between jacket and inner cylinder.
