乙酰乙酸乙酯環(huán)乙二縮酮的催化合成研究 |

| 摘 要：以硫酸鈰銨為催化劑,通過(guò)乙酰乙酸乙酯與乙二醇反應合成了乙酰乙酸乙酯環(huán)乙二縮酮,研究了催化劑等有關(guān)因素對產(chǎn)品收率的影響。實(shí)驗表明,硫酸鈰銨是合成乙酰乙酸乙酯環(huán)乙二縮酮的良好催化劑,在酯醇物質(zhì)的量比為1∶1.4(mol),催化劑用量為0.5g/0.1mol乙酰乙酸乙酯,環(huán)己烷10ml,反應時(shí)間3h的條件下,收率可達80.1%。 |

| Abstract：Acetoacetic ester cyclic ethylene ketal was synthesized from ethyl acetoacetate and ethanediol using ammonium ceric sulfate as catalyst .The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed and best conditions were found out .The optimum conditions are as follows: the molar ratio of ethyl acetoacetate to alcohol was 1.0∶1.4,the amount of catalyst was 0.5g/0.1mol ethyl acetoacetate,the reaction time was 3h.
