直接法合成三甲氧基硅烷的研究 |

摘 要:研究了硅粉原料、氯化亞銅催化劑經(jīng)微波預處理應用于直接法合成三甲氧基硅烷的工藝。探討了微波預處理功率、預處理時(shí)間及在不同條件下預處理對反應的影響。實(shí)驗表明,硅銅混合物[m(Si)∶m(Cu2Cl2)=10∶0.4]在氫氣中經(jīng)微波預處理3min,合成三甲氧基硅烷時(shí),反應餾出液中ω(三甲氧基硅烷)=54.0%。 |

Study on the Direct Synthesis of Trialkoxysilane |

Abstract:Trimethoxysilane was directly synthesized from silicon and methanol using cuprous choride as catalyst.The Si-Cu (2)Cl (2) mixture was pretreated by microwave piror to feeding methanol. Effect of microwave pretreatment power ,pretreatment time and different microwave pretreatment conditions on the rection was discussed.After the mixtue\[m(Si)∶m(Cu (2)Cl (2)) =10∶0.4\] was pretreated by microwave for 3 min at high power in N (2), the content of trimethoxysilane is 54.0% in the distillate. |
