4-羥基-4′-氰基聯(lián)苯的合成研究 |

摘 要:以4羥基聯(lián)苯為原料,經(jīng)過(guò)酯化、傅克;磻、氨解、水解和脫水反應等步驟,合成制得液晶材料中間體4羥基4′氰基聯(lián)苯。此合成方法操作簡(jiǎn)單,各步反應條件溫和,總收率為47.7%,不產(chǎn)生含氰廢水,有利于工業(yè)生產(chǎn)。 |

Abstract:hydroxy-4′-cyano-biphenyl could be synthesized by esterification(to protect hydroxyl), F-C reaction, ammonolysis, hydrolysation and dehydration of 4-hydroxy- Biphenyl. In comparison with the other synthetic routes, the operation was easy to be operated, and the yield was proved(the whole yield was 47.7%). And it was easy for manufacture. |
