聚乙二醇縮水甘油醚的合成 |

| 摘 要：以聚乙二醇(PEG1000)、環(huán)氧氯丙烷和KOH為原料,四丁基溴化銨(Bu4NBr)為催化劑制得聚乙二醇縮水甘油醚。通過(guò)正交試驗研究了聚乙二醇縮水甘油醚制備過(guò)程中反應溫度、原料配比、催化劑用量、KOH用量對產(chǎn)物收率及環(huán)氧值的影響。實(shí)驗結果表明當取0.05molPEG1000,0.3mol環(huán)氧氯丙烷和5.8gKOH時(shí),在0.8gBu4NBr催化作用下,于55℃反應8h得到的產(chǎn)物具有較為理想的收率和環(huán)氧值。并用傅立葉紅外光譜及環(huán)氧值對產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行了表征。 |

| Abstract：Polyethylene glycol bisglycidyl ether was synthesized by the reaction of polyethylene glycol(average mol weight 1000, PEG-1000) with epichlorohydrin and KOH,under the catalysis of tetrabutylammonium bromide(Bu (4)NBr). The conditions of the reaction, such as the temperature of reaction, reaction time, the mol ratio of the raw materials and amount of catalyst were studied.
