N,N-二乙基-3,7-二甲基(E)-2,6-辛二烯-1-胺的合成研究 |

| 摘 要：以二乙胺(DEA)和月桂烯(MYE)為原料,在有機鋰的催化下合成了重要的有機中間體N,N二乙基牛兒胺(GDEA)。對反應機理進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)述,建立了GDEA的氣譜分析條件,考察了不同因素對反應的影響,確定了優(yōu)惠反應條件:以環(huán)己烷為溶劑,原料配比n(DEA):n(MYE)=2.5∶1,催化劑用量與月桂烯的摩爾比為15%,反應溫度為DEA的回流溫度,反應時(shí)間為12h。產(chǎn)品摩爾收率>85%,產(chǎn)品經(jīng)減壓分餾后純度>95%。 |

| Abstract：A key organic intermediate N, N-diethylgeranylamine(GDEA) was prepared from diethylamine (DEA) and myrcene (MYE), when organic lithium as the catalyst.
