摘 要:以CH2(COOEt)2為原料,經(jīng)烷基化、還原、磺;、環(huán)化、水解和脫羧溴置換六步反應,合成了烴基為苯基、正丁基和乙基的三種1,1二溴3烴基環(huán)丁烷化合物。結果表明合成操作簡(jiǎn)便,條件易控制、提出的合成路線(xiàn)可行。 |

Synthesis of 1,1-Dibromocyclobutanes |

Abstract:The synthesis of cyclobutane derivatives including 1,1-dibromo-3-phenylcyclobutane, 1,1-dibromo-3-ethylcyclobutane and 1,1-dibromo-3-ethylcyclobutane was studied in this paper. The synthesis routes involves such reactions as alkylation of diethyl malonate, reduction of ester, sulfonylation of alcohol, cyclization of sulfonylate and diethyl malonate, hydrolysis of ester and substitution of carboxyl group with bromine.
