1-乙酰氨基-3,5-二甲基金剛烷的水解反應研究 |

摘 要:通過(guò)對酰胺水解反應的機理的分析,針對1乙酰氨基3,5二甲基金剛烷空間位阻大、取代基為推電子基團的特點(diǎn),對其水解反應對收率的影響進(jìn)行了研究。結果表明:此化合物的水解適宜在堿性條件下進(jìn)行,且在n(反應物)∶n(苛性鈉)=1∶5,溶劑為水:乙二醇=1∶10,150℃下反應12h,得到最終產(chǎn)品鹽酸美金剛的收率為92.5%,純度為99.5% |

Abstract:Through analyzing the mechanism of the hydrolysis of amides,the effects of the hydrolysis on yields of the product were studied.According to the special character of 1-acetamido-3,5-dimethyladamantane,which has big special resistance and substituents pushing electron group.The optimum condition is as follows:hydrolized in alkaline condition,n(reactant)∶n(alkali)=1∶5,the solvent is the mixture of water and ethylene glycol 1∶10(v/v),and the reaction is kept at 150 ℃ for 12 h.The yield of product is 92.5%,the ... |
