| 摘 要：概述了果糖的技術(shù)發(fā)展和生產(chǎn)技術(shù),介紹了采用菊粉水解、蔗糖水解及淀粉水解異構化等方法制備果葡糖漿技術(shù),以及用模擬移動(dòng)床(SMB)技術(shù)和復鹽法、果糖結晶法分離果葡糖的工藝。綜合國內外市場(chǎng)現狀指出中國果糖市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展前景廣闊。 |

| Abstract：The preparation and manufacture technologies of phylogeny was reviewed . The technologies of fructose corn syrup by hydrolysis of inulin, hydrolysis of sucrose, hydrolysis of amylum and isomerize etc,and fructose separation and crystal were introduced. The internal market actuality, development for the fructose were remarked too. |
