1-(2-溴乙氧基)-2-甲基苯異構體的氣相色譜分離分析 |

摘 要:采用毛細管氣相色譜法對1-(2-溴乙氧基)-2-甲基苯位置異構體混合物進(jìn)行分離和測定,比較了四種不同固定液對該類(lèi)物質(zhì)的分離特性,發(fā)現在SE-30(50 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm)非極性毛細管柱上鄰、間、對三種位置異構體分離度較好,達到基線(xiàn)分離;采用峰面積歸一化法定量,相對標準偏差在0.084%~1.19%。 |

Separation of Position Isomers of 1-(2-bromo-ethoxy)-2-methyl-benzen by Capillary Gas Chromatography |

Abstract:The GC method for separation and determination of position isomers of 1-(2-bromo-ethoxy)-2-methyl-benzene is introduced. Separation effect of the four different stationary phase capillary column is compared. Best resolution is obtained on SE-30(50 m×0.32 mm×0.25 μm) non-polarity column. The compounds were quantified by normalization method. The relative standard deviation was between 0.084%~1.19%. |
