固體超強酸催化丙烯酸和十八醇的反應研究 |

摘 要:以丙烯酸和十八醇為原料,采用固體超強酸為催化劑,對苯二酚為阻聚劑,用甲苯為攜水劑制備丙烯酸十八酯。比較濃硫酸,對甲苯磺酸,固體超強酸對酯化反應的影響。研究了諸因素對合成反應的影響。并用紅外光譜對產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行了表征。固體超強酸SO42-/TiO2制備條件:0.5mol/L硫酸浸泡8 h,550℃焙燒4 h。丙烯酸十八酯的優(yōu)化工藝條件為:丙烯酸與十八醇的摩爾比為1.2,固體超強酸及對苯二酚的用量(質(zhì)量分數)分別為6%、0.8%,反應溫度為120℃,反應時(shí)間為3 h。在此反應條件下,酯化收率可達97%。 |

Abstract:Octadecyl acrylate was synthesized by direct esterification from octadecyl alcohol and acrylic acid using solid super acid as catalyst, and hydroquinonone as hibitor. The effects of various factors on esterification were investigated. The product was further verified with IR.
