氨基磺酸催化合成氯乙酸正丁酯 |

摘 要:以氨基磺酸作催化劑,通過(guò)氯乙酸和正丁醇反應合成了氯乙酸正酯,并探討了諸因素對收率的影響.實(shí)驗表明:氨基磺酸具有良好的催化活性,當醇酸配比為1.4∶1(mol),催化劑用量約為氯乙酸質(zhì)量的2.5%,甲苯為帶水劑,反應時(shí)間2.5 h,反應溫度130~139℃,酯收率可達86.1%.且催化劑可重復使用。 |

Synthesis of n-Butyl Chloroacetate Catalyzed by Sulfamic Acid |

Abstract:n-Butyl chloroacetate was synthesized from chloroacetic acid and n-butanol in the presence of sulfamic acid used as catalyst. Experimental results showed that the yield of the ester could reach 86.1% when the mole ratio of n-butanol and was chloroacetic acid 1.4∶1, the amount of sulfamic acid used was 2.5% of the acid, reaction time was 2.5 h, and temperature was 130~139℃,demonstrating that sulfamic acid had good catalytic activity on synthesis of n-butyl chloroacetate, and the catalyst could be reused. |
