二苯基聯(lián)苯二胺的合成研究

摘 要:以二苯胺為原料,水和冰醋酸為溶劑,在酸性條件下一步合成二苯基聯(lián)苯二胺,該方法具有操作簡(jiǎn)單,原料易得等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。通過(guò)實(shí)驗發(fā)現水和冰醋酸的體積比,反應溫度和反應時(shí)間對收率有明顯影響。由此對反應條件加以?xún)?yōu)化,得出反應的適宜條件是當水和冰醋酸的體積比為4,反應溫度為30℃,反應時(shí)間為10 min時(shí),收率可達78%。

Synthesis of Diphenylbenzidine

Abstract:Diphenylbenzidine was synthesized by diphenylamine using glacial acetic acid and water as solvent in acidic condition. This method had many merits such as simple operation and cheap material. The optimum conditions were as follows: the volume proportion of water and glacial acetic acid was 4, the reaction temperature was 30℃ and reaction time was 10 minutes. The yield rate of product was 78%.
