α,α-二苯基-4-哌啶甲醇催化氫化合成工藝研究 |

摘 要:研究了催化氫化法合成α,α-二苯基-4-哌啶甲醇的工藝。以Pt/C為催化劑,考察了反應溶劑,壓力,反應時(shí)間和催化劑添加比例對催化加氫反應的影響。在優(yōu)惠的工藝條件下,α,α-二苯基-4-哌啶甲醇的收率可達92.4%,產(chǎn)品純度為98.8%。 |

Synthesis of α,α-diphenyl-4-piperidinomethanol by catalytic Hydrogenation |

Abstract:A novel technology of hydrogenation for synthesizing the α, α-diphenyl-4-piperidinomethanol was proposed by using Pt/C catalyst. The effects of solvents, pressure, temperature, catalyst amount and reaction time on the yield were investigated. Under the optimum reaction condition, the result showed that the yield can reach 92.4% and the purity was up to 98.8%. |
