新殺蟲(chóng)劑硫肟醚降解菌的篩選和降解動(dòng)力學(xué) |

| 摘 要：硫肟醚[O-(3-苯氧芐基)-2-甲硫基-1-(4-氯苯基)丙基酮肟醚]是國家南方農藥創(chuàng )制中心湖南基地研制成功的具有知識產(chǎn)權的一種新型殺蟲(chóng)劑。采用富集培養法對硫肟醚降解菌的篩選、分離鑒定和降解進(jìn)行了初步研究,結果從土壤中分離出了5株能降解硫肟醚的降解菌HNX1、HNX2、HNX3、HNX4和HNX5,其對硫肟醚的降解半衰期分別為1.34、2.02、1.90、2.17和1.27d。根據形態(tài)學(xué)特征和生理生化反應,初步鑒定HNX1和HNX5為假單胞菌屬(Pseudomonas sp.)。 |

| Screening and Degradation of Novel Pesticide HNPC-A9908 Degradative Bacteria |

| Abstract：Screening, isolation, identification and degradation of HNPCA9908 degradative bacteria were studied in the laboratory using the enrichment culture. The results showed that five species such as HNX1, HNX2, HNX3, HNX4 and HNX5 were isolated from the soil. Degradation of HNPC-A9908 in the liquid medium followed the first-order kinetics equation. Degradation half-life of HNPC-A9908 in the medium contained HNX1, HNX2, HNX3, HNX4 and HNX5 were 1.34,2.02,1.90,2.17 and 1.27d, respectively. Based on the morphologica... |
