過(guò)氧化氫氧化法合成四氯苯醌的研究 |

摘 要:以對苯二酚,過(guò)氧化氫,鹽酸為原料,以鹽酸與醋酸(比例為2∶3)為溶劑,間歇滴加過(guò)氧化氫,階梯程序升溫反應,反應分別在45℃、70℃、95℃三階段進(jìn)行,原位生成氯氣氯化合成四氯苯醌。合成四氯苯醌的收率和純度都可達97% |

Synthesis of Chloranil by Hydrogen Peroxide |

Abstract:Chloranil was prepared by quinol hydrogen peroxide with hydrochloric acid using hydrochloric acid and acetic acid (2∶3,v/v) as a solvent, programmed heat up, and intermittently adding hydrogen peroxide. Chloranil was synthesized by chloridization in situ, reaction was proceed on three phase according to reactive temperature 45、70、95 ℃. The yield and purity of chloranil reached over 97%. It provided a new measure for preparing chloranil. |
