4、6-二甲氧基-2-甲砜基嘧啶的合成研究 |

| 摘 要：以硫脲、丙二酸二甲酯為原料,經(jīng)縮合、O-烷基化和氧化反應合成了4、6-二甲氧基-2-甲砜基嘧啶,產(chǎn)品總收率59.1%,純度96.0%。通過(guò)熔點(diǎn)測定、紅外光譜、元素分析驗證了中間體及目標分子結構。 |

| Abstract：4,6-Dimethoxyl-2-methylsulfonyl-pyrimidine was synthesized in sequence of condensation, O-methylation and oxidation reaction using dimethyl malonate and thiourea as main materials. The total yield and the purity of product is 59.1% and 96%, respectively. The structure of target compound and its intermediates were confirmed by measurement of melt-point, IR and elementary analysis. |
