| 摘 要：建立了高效液相色譜法測定 4 乙基苯甲酸含量的方法。色譜柱為ZorbaxC - 8(4.6mmi.d× 2 50mm 5μ)流動(dòng)相為甲醇 /磷酸鹽緩沖液 (pH =4 .0 ) (V +V =6 0 + 4 0 )在uv2 54nm下用外標法進(jìn)行測定 ,方法精密度 :0 .2 2 % ,平均回收率 :99 8% |

| Determination of 4-entyl-benzoic acid by HPLC |

| Abstract：A method was developed for determination of 4 entyl benzoic acid by HPLC. The samples were detected on Zorbax C 8 with methol and phosphate buffer (pH 4.0) as mobil at uv254nm. The results showed te coefficient of variation 0.20%, the recovery rate 99.8%. |
