摘 要:當歸是名貴中藥,揮發(fā)油是當歸的主要活性成分。本文采用水蒸氣蒸餾法提取當歸揮發(fā)油,用氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用(GC-MS)法定性定量分析了當歸根的揮發(fā)油。通過(guò)質(zhì)譜庫檢索得到其中41個(gè)組分的定性定量結果,占揮發(fā)油總含量的93.65%。 |

Analysis of Constituents of Essential Oil from Angelica sinensis with GC-MS method |

Abstract:The constituents of essential oil in Angelica sinensis were extracted with water distillation method. Then constituents of essential oil were separated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. 41 compounds in essential oil of Angelica sinensis, which accounted for about 93.65% of the total content, were identified and quantified. Experimental results showed the efficiency and convenience of the proposed approach in analyzing such TCMs. |
