盤(pán)式連續干燥器在間苯二甲酸二甲酯-5-磺酸鈉干燥中的應用 |

| 摘 要：通過(guò)對間苯二甲酸二甲酯-5-磺酸鈉干燥前后物料性質(zhì)的分析,提出了應用于間苯二甲酸二甲酯-5-磺酸鈉干燥的盤(pán)式連續干燥系統,介紹了這種干燥設備的結構、工作原理,闡述了其工藝流程及工作特點(diǎn),分析了這種干燥形式的優(yōu)勢及應用領(lǐng)域,并通過(guò)與另外一種干燥器-旋轉閃蒸干燥器在工作效率、能耗、操作的連續性及干燥后產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量等方面的比較,表明了在間苯二甲酸二甲酯-5-磺酸鈉干燥作業(yè)中這種干燥器是干燥設備的適宜選擇。 |
