芐叉二氯水解反應動(dòng)力學(xué)的研究 |

摘 要:研究了在新型相轉移催化劑作用下芐叉二氯水解反應過(guò)程的動(dòng)力學(xué)。在實(shí)驗數據的基礎上,建立芐叉二氯的水解反應動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,并根據動(dòng)力學(xué)數據進(jìn)行參數估值,求得了90、100、110℃下表觀(guān)反應速率常數分別為0.01674、0.02014、0.02286min-1,以及反應的活化能E=17.73kJ/mol,指前因子A=6.031min-1。芐叉二氯的最佳的水解工藝條件為溫度100℃,水相與有機相的初始質(zhì)量比例為2∶1,反應時(shí)間3h。經(jīng)模型檢驗,發(fā)現模型與實(shí)驗數據的吻和程度較好。 |

Abstract:The kinetic of hydrolysis of benzal chloride was studied by using a new kind of phase transfer catalyst in this paper. The value of the apparent rate constant and reaction activity energy were gained through estimating the parameters of the kinetic model on the base of data of experiment. The activity energy was 17.73KJ/mol in the temperature range from 90℃ to 1100C and the index was A=6.031min-1.
