均勻沉淀法制備納米ZnO反應體系pH值的控制計算 |

| 摘 要：尿素的水解產(chǎn)物能與ZnO的中間產(chǎn)物生成絡(luò )合物,以尿素為沉淀劑均勻沉淀法制備納米ZnO反應過(guò)程的pH值必須嚴格控制。根據同時(shí)平衡原理和質(zhì)量平衡原理對Zn-NH3-H2O體系進(jìn)行熱力學(xué)分析和計算,并在此基礎上繪制了Zn-NH3-H2O鋅的平衡總濃度對數-pH圖,研究了沉淀物的穩定存在區,為均勻沉淀法制備納米ZnO提供了重要的理論參數。 |

| Abstract：The hydrolysate of urea(CO(NH2)2), ammonia and hydroxyl, can react with the precursor ZnO to form metalloporphyrin. CO(NH2)2 Used as precipitator at homogeneous precipitation, aqueous ammonia can increase the dissolvability of precursor in the form of complex. The thermodynamics analysis and calculation of the system of Zn-NH3-H2O were made accoding to the theory of concentration equilibrium and mass equilibrium.
