L-賴(lài)氨酸乙酯二異氰酸酯的合成 |

| 摘 要：以L(fǎng)-賴(lài)氨酸為原料經(jīng)乙酯化后與三光氣反應合成了L-賴(lài)氨酸乙酯二異氰酸酯。該方法避免了使用劇毒的光氣,通過(guò)加入吡啶除去了反應過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的大量氯化氫,克服了高溫下氯化氫對設備的腐蝕,反應條件溫和,處理簡(jiǎn)捷,總收率為75%,適用于工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)并可被借鑒用于其它氨基酸異氰酸酯的制備。 |

| Abstract：Preparation of L-lysine ethyl ester diisocynanate from L-lysine by esterfication and isocyanation with triphosgene was described. The toxic gaseous phosgene was avoided and pyridine was added to remove hydrogen chloride. The reaction processed in mild condition, and the overall yield was 75%. Therefore it was suitable to the industrial production and could be used for synthesis of other isocyanate derivatives of amino acid esters. |
