4-(5-甲基苯并惡唑基)-4-苯并惡唑基二苯乙烯的合成 |

摘 要:以對氰基芐基氯、鄰氨基對甲苯酚和對醛基苯基苯并惡唑為原料,經(jīng)加成環(huán)化、酯化、縮合三步反應合成了熒光增白劑4-(5-甲基苯并惡唑基)-4'-苯并惡唑基二苯乙烯,三步反應的收率分別可達85%、92%和91%以上。雙苯并惡唑二苯乙烯產(chǎn)品純度>99%,并用元素分析、紅外光譜以及紫外吸收光譜對所得的化合物進(jìn)行了表征。 |

Abstract:An optical brightener 4-(5-methylbenzoxazol-2-yl )-4'-( benzoxazol-2-yl ) stilbene was synthesized by additive cyclization, esterification and condensation using 4-cyanobenzyl chloride, o-amino-4-methylphenol and 4-formylphenylbenzoxazole as starting materials. The yield of the three steps was over 85%, 92% and 91%, respectively. The obtained product was characterized by element analysis, IR and UV and its purity was over 99%. |
