酒石酸鈦配合物在MCM-41上的組裝和催化苯乙烯環(huán)氧化 |

摘 要:采用表面模板組裝途徑合成了MCM-41介孔材料,研究了這類(lèi)載體上鍵合鈦酸異丙酯+酒石酸二乙酯(Ti(OiPr)4+DET)和TiCl4+DET兩類(lèi)鈦配合物的組裝方法。XRD和FT-IR分別被使用來(lái)表征載體的晶體結構和載體與鈦配合物的鍵合作用,結果表明:MCM-41在焙燒過(guò)程中,其介孔長(cháng)程有序結構會(huì )發(fā)生退化,這種結構退化將導致1219和580cm-1紅外帶的消失,并誘發(fā)載體產(chǎn)生強的Si-OH畸變振動(dòng)。在催化苯乙烯環(huán)氧化反應中,用焙燒載體組裝鈦催化劑顯示了最好的氧化活性;而用含模板劑載體組裝鈦催化劑則顯示出最高的環(huán)氧化選擇性。胺基模板劑和DET配體對鈦活性中心的調變作用將造成其活性下降,而環(huán)氧選擇性上升。 |

Titanium Tartrate Complex Assembled MCM-41 Catalysts for Styrene Epoxidation |

Abstract:MCM-41mesoporous silicas were synthesized by the cooperative assembly of silica and surfactants. The assembled method of two Ti tartrate complexes over the untreated and calcined mesoporous carriers was firstly reported here. XRD and FT-IR were used to characterize the carrier's mesostructures and the binding of the carriers with Ti complexes.
