乙酐法合成乙酰嗎啉 |

| 摘 要：以乙酐和嗎啉為反應原料合成了乙酰嗎啉,在嗎啉與乙酐摩爾比為1∶1.05、溫度110℃、時(shí)間2h的條件下反應,經(jīng)氨中和、脫溶、蒸餾等工序制得乙酰嗎啉,與傳統方法相比,省去了酸性精餾,收率達97%,產(chǎn)品純度>99%。 |

| Abstract：N-acetylmorpholine was prepared from morpholine and acetic anhydride via ammonia-neutralization and distillatiou.The optimal conditions of N-aetylmorpholine were as follow:the mole ratio of morpholine and acetic anhydride was 1∶1.05,reaction temperature 110℃,reaction time 2 h.The yield and the purity of N-acetylmorpholine are 97% and 99%,respectively. |
