氟咯草酮的合成研究 |

摘 要:以N-烯丙基-間-三氟甲基二氯乙酰苯胺為原料,在催化劑作用下重排制得氟咯草酮,對反應條件進(jìn)行了研究,得出了合成氟咯草酮及相關(guān)中間體的優(yōu)惠條件為:銅催化劑用量的7.5g/mol,反應溫度110℃,反應時(shí)間3h。中間體N-烯丙基-間-三氟甲基苯胺的反應收率超過(guò)90%,N-烯丙基-間-三氟甲基-二氯乙酰替苯胺的收率超過(guò)95%,氟咯草酮的收率超過(guò)85%,產(chǎn)品純度超過(guò)90%。 |

Abstract:The Herbicide Fluorochloridone [3-chloro-4-(chlorometheyl)-1-[3-(trifluoromethyl) phenyl]-2-pyrrolidinone] was prepared from 2,2-dichloro-N-2-propenyl-N- [3-(trifluoromethyl) phenyl]-acetamide in the presence of catalyst, and the optimal reaction conditions of Fluorochloridone and its intermediates were obtained in the laboratory.The optimum conditions of Fluorochloridone was as follow,reaction temperature 110℃,reaction time 3 h ,the amount of Cu catalyst 7.5 g/mol.The yield of the intermediate N-(2-propeny... |
