2-苯基-1,2-苯并異硒唑-3-(2H)-酮的合成研究 |

| 摘 要：在N2保護下,采用水合肼的堿性水溶液還原硒粉制備了K2Se2,不經(jīng)分離直接與鄰氨基苯甲酸的重氮鹽反應得到了中間體2,2'-二硒化苯甲酸;在環(huán)合反應合成2-苯基-1,2-苯并異硒唑-3-(2H)-酮(Ebselen)時(shí)改用了乙醚-水為反應體系,K2CO3水溶液作為副產(chǎn)物HCl的吸收劑,促使胺解關(guān)環(huán)反應順利進(jìn)行,產(chǎn)物易分離、純化得2-苯基-1,2-苯并異硒唑-3-(2H)-酮。 |

| Abstract：The basic solution of Na2Se2 was obtained from reaction of selenium and hydrazine hydrate in the basic solution under the protection of nitrogen, and then reacted directly with salt solution of diazotization of o-aminobenzoic acid to give the intermediate 2,2′-bisselanyldibenzoic acid in a good yield.
