N-乙基-2,3-二氧代哌嗪的合成 |

摘 要:以N-乙基乙二胺和草酸二乙酯為原料,在氯化胺催化作用下脫醇縮合得N-乙基-2,3-二氧代哌嗪。實(shí)驗研究了反應物摩爾配比、反應時(shí)間、反應溫度、催化劑用量等對N-乙基-2,3-二氧代哌嗪收率影響,得出了優(yōu)惠工藝條件:催化劑用量為N-乙基乙二胺質(zhì)量的1.5%,原料草酸二乙醇與N-乙基乙二胺摩爾比為1.02∶1,反應溫度為20℃,乙酸用量200mL?偸章蔬_到85%。 |

Abstract:N-ethyl-2,3-dioxopiperazine was synthesized from N-ethylethylenediamine and diethyl ethanedioate by condensation reaction with catalyst ammonia chloride .The effects of mole ratios , reaction time, temperature and the amount of catalyst on the yields of N-ethyl-2,3-dioxopiperazine were investigated .The optimal condition was as follows:w(cat)=1.5%(N-alkylethylenediamin),n(diethylethanedioate):n(N-alkylethylenediamine)=1.02∶1,reaction temperature 20℃,ethanol zooml,The yield of N-ethy1-2,3-dioxopipevazine was... |
