高效液相色譜法測定乳油中聯(lián)苯菊酯的含量 |

| 摘 要：建立了HPLC測定聯(lián)苯菊酯含量的方法。在Hypersil ODS柱上,以甲醇:水=85∶15(v/v)為 流動(dòng)相,在流速1．5 mL·min-1,檢測波長(cháng)220 nm,柱溫為30℃的條件下,成功實(shí)現了對聯(lián)苯菊酯進(jìn)行 高效液相色譜分離和測定。其線(xiàn)性相關(guān)系數為0．9999,變異系數為0．8％,回收率為99．3％-100．5％。 |

| Determination of Bifenthrin in Emuisifable concentrates by High Performance Liquid Chromatography |

| Abstract：An HPLC method for the determination of bifenthrin in emulsi-fiable concentrates was developed.The separation was carried out under the following conditions: a Hy persiol ODS column (4.6 mm i.d.x l50mm,5 um) was used at 30℃ with methanol-water (85:15, v/v)as mobile phase at aflow rate of 1.5 mL ?min-1.UV detection wavelength was set at 220 nm. The linear correlation is 0.9999,the variation coefficient of bifenthrin is0.8%, and the recovery is99.3-100.5. |
