超支化聚(酰胺-酯)的合成及性能研究 |

摘 要:以丁二酸酐和二乙醇胺為起始原料經(jīng)加成反應合成新型AB2型單體,在溶液中采用“準 一步法”自縮聚反應合成超支化聚(酰胺-酯),使用傅里葉變換紅外光譜、烏式粘度計、差熱-熱重聯(lián) 用分析儀等測試分析超支化酰胺類(lèi)聚合物的結構、粘度及熱性能,紅外光譜圖分析進(jìn)一步證實(shí)了聚合 物的超支化結構。實(shí)驗表明封端劑對超支化聚合物的粘度有較大影響,封端產(chǎn)品粘度在0.019- 0.057 dL/g范圍之間,而未封端產(chǎn)品粘度為0.146 dL/g。熱分析中,超支化聚(酰胺-酯)的Td(熱分 解溫度)為316.3℃,Tg(玻璃態(tài)轉化溫度)為270℃;結果表明,超支化聚(酰胺-酯)具有較低的比濃 對數粘度、良好的溶解性和熱穩定性等特點(diǎn)。 |

Abstract:A sort of AB2 intermediate was synthesized by using diethanolanmine and butanedioic anhydride as initial materials, and a quasi-one-step method was used to synthesize hyperbranched poly (amide-ester). Fourier transform infrared spectrometer. Wushi viscisity meter and DSC-TGA analyzer were used to synthesize the structure, viscosity and thermol stability of hyperbranched poly (amide-ester).
