連續固定床反應器合成二丙酮醇的研究 |

摘 要:利用自行設計的連續固定床反應器,將丙酮進(jìn)行羥醛縮合反應,合成了二丙酮醇,對合 成產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行了折光率及IR測試表征;探討了反應溫度、催化劑的品種、催化劑的使用時(shí)間、催化劑 填充方式對合成反應的影響。研究結果表明,所設計的連續固定床反應器能有效地進(jìn)行二丙酮醇 的合成;反應器中的溫度、催化劑品種變化、催化劑的使用時(shí)間及催化劑的填充方式對反應的單次 轉化率和總轉化率有較大的影響。 |

Abstract:Diacetone alcohol (DA) was synthesized by means of alcohol condensation reaction in a continuous fixed bed reaction vessel designed by authors. The refractive index and IR of the product were determined and characterized. The reaction temperature, catalysts, catalyst lifetime and its filling patterns were discussed.
