| 摘 要：以2-氨基-4-氯-6-甲氧基嘧啶、甲硫醇鈉原料合成2-氨基-4-甲氧基-6-甲硫基嘧 啶。對影響反應的主要因素進(jìn)行了研究,優(yōu)化條件下,收率高于97％,產(chǎn)品純度高于95％。 |

| Abstract：2-amino-4-methoxy-6-methylthiopyrimidine was synthesized from 2-amino-4-chloro-6-methoxypyrimidine and sodium thiomethylate, and the major factors that influenced the reaction were studied. Under optimum conditions, the yield of product was about 97% , and the puritywas about 95%. |
