| 摘 要：介紹了在三氯氧磷存在下,噻吩與N,N-二甲基甲酰胺縮合后,經(jīng)水解、中和、精制制備 噻吩甲醛的合成方法及生產(chǎn)現狀。著(zhù)重介紹了在替尼酮、噻嘧啶、替尼泊苷等藥物合成及噻吩乙胺 等中間體合成方面的應用,并就噻吩甲醛的生產(chǎn)應用及市場(chǎng)開(kāi)拓提出了一些建議。 |

| Abstract：Thiophene-2-carboxaldehyde was a kind of important pharmaceutical intermediate. Synthesis methods of thiophene-2-carboxaldehyde were reviewed from thiophene and N > N-dimethhlformamide via condensation under phosphorus oxychloride, hydrolysis, neutralization and refined preparation. The application of thiophene-2-carboxal-dehyde in pharmaceutical synthetic aspect such as tenylidone. pyrantel. teniposide and 2-(2-thienyl) ethylamine was reviewed in detail.
