| Abstract：The preparation, application and foreground of indapamide in medicine are summarized.The physical character is also introduced. Some synthesis processes of indapamide from 2?-dihydro-2-methyl-lH-indole and 4-chloro-3-sulfamoyl benzoylchloride are reviewed in detail, and their advantage and disadvantage are compared. |
