氣相色譜中保留指數隨溫度變化規律的研究 |

| 摘 要：根據保留指數隨溫度變化的關(guān)系式得出保留指數隨溫度變化的三種規律,運用氣相色譜實(shí)驗獲得了較好的驗證;并從色譜熱力學(xué)函數分析了保留指數隨溫度變化規律的主要原因是由于在色譜分離過(guò)程中不同的熵變和焓變所造成的。 |

| Study on law of retain indices with temperature variation in gas chromatography |

| Abstract：In this paper,three laws of retain indices with temperature variation were deduced from the formula about retention index with temperature variation,and validated very well by gas chromatography experiment.The changing law of retention index with temperature from chromatographic thermal function resulted from the variation of the different entropy and enthalpy during the chromatographic separation. |
