環(huán)氧丙烷水合制丙二醇的新工藝 |

摘 要:采用反應精餾新工藝由環(huán)氧丙烷水合制丙二醇。該新工藝特點(diǎn)是能提高產(chǎn)率 ,降低能耗 ,減少設備費用。利用數學(xué)模型 ,對反應精餾過(guò)程進(jìn)行模擬計算。計算值與實(shí)驗值相吻合 ,對丙二醇工業(yè)裝置設計工作具有指導作用。 |

New Process of Hydration of Propylene Oxide to Glycols |

Abstract:A new process of Hydration of propylene oxide to glycols was introduced. The characteristic of this process is able to increase the productivity, decrease energy cost and decrease equipment cost. The procedure of reaction distillation was simulantly calculated by using mathematics model. The result of calculation which is agreed with the laboratory value could be guidance for industry plant. |
