室溫固相制備尖晶石相LiMn_2O_4的工藝研究 |

摘 要:以檸檬酸、氫氧化鋰和醋酸錳為原料,采用室溫固相法,先制備前驅體,然后再煅燒的方式得到了尖晶石相LiMn2O4產(chǎn)物。通過(guò)X射線(xiàn)衍射、透射電鏡對尖晶石相LiMn2O4產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行了分析,并對煅燒時(shí)間、分段煅燒等因素對室溫固相工藝的影響進(jìn)行了研究。結果表明,當通過(guò)延長(cháng)高溫的煅燒時(shí)間時(shí),產(chǎn)物相對比較純凈,產(chǎn)物結構有了很大的提高,而通過(guò)先低溫保溫然后高溫煅燒的方式,能夠得到顆粒度尺寸均勻,更加純凈,結構也更好的LiMn2O4產(chǎn)物。 |
