基于硫胺素熒光增強的可更新液滴熒光法用于痕量過(guò)氧化氫的測定 |

摘 要:硫胺素在堿性條件下能被過(guò)氧化氫氧化成具有較強熒光的硫胺熒;诖嘶驹,利用連續動(dòng)態(tài)液滴熒光法測定溶液中的痕量過(guò)氧化氫。連續產(chǎn)生與滴落的液滴可充當無(wú)光窗光池。在優(yōu)化的實(shí)驗條件下,傳感器對2.5×10-5 mol/L~1.9×10-4 mol/L濃度范圍內的過(guò)氧化氫具有良好的線(xiàn)性響應,檢測限為4.88×10-6 mol/L。方法靈敏度高,選擇性好,操作簡(jiǎn)單,試劑用量少。將其用于雨水中痕量過(guò)氧化氫的測定,結果滿(mǎn)意。 |
