活性炭固載氯化鐵催化合成檸檬酸三乙酯

摘 要:以活性炭固載氯化鐵為催化劑,用檸檬酸和乙醇合成了檸檬酸三乙酯?疾炝舜呋瘎┯昧、酸醇比、反應時(shí)間對酯化反應的影響,確定了優(yōu)化反應條件:以0.3mol檸檬酸為基準,催化劑8.0g,n(檸檬酸)∶n(乙醇)為16∶.0,反應時(shí)間為9h,收率87.0%,催化劑易回收,可重復使用,不污染環(huán)境。

Catalystic Synthesis of Triethyl Citratr by Activated Carbon Supported Ferric Chloride

Abstract:The triethyl citrate was prepared from citric acid and ethanol with activated carbon supported ferric chloride as catalyst.Through examining the effect of factors on the yield,the optimum synthesis conditions were as follow: catalyst amount was 8.0 g,molar ratio of citric acid to alcohol was 1 ∶6.0,and reaction time was 9.0 h(based on 0.3mol citric acid).The yield of esterification reached 87.0 %.This catalyst had many advantages such as easy reuse and less pollution to environment.
