粉唑醇GC和HPLC分析方法 |

摘 要:采用氣相色譜法和液相色譜法分別對粉唑醇進(jìn)行了定性和定量分析。氣相色譜法中以正二十烷為內標物,色譜柱采用3%OV-101 chromosorb AW DMCS 150-177μm1m×3mm玻璃柱,柱溫為195℃,汽化溫和檢測溫均為230℃,方法回收率為99.2%~100.9%,變異系數為0.262%。高效液相色譜法中Nova-PaK C18 250 mm×4.6mm色譜柱,以v(甲醇)+v(水)=851∶5為流動(dòng)相,檢測波長(cháng)為262nm。方法回收率為98.9%~99.4%,變異系數為0.505% |

Abstract:The quantitative analysis method for flutriafol by GC and HPLC was studied.In the gas chromatographic method a 3%OV-101 on Chromosorb AW DMCS 150~177 μ m,1m×3mm(i.d.),glass column was used at column temperature of 195 ℃ and detector temperature of 230℃.The internal standard was n-eicosane.This method had a recovery of 99.2%~100.9%,the coefficient of variation was 0.262%.The operating conditions of high phase liquid chromatographic method were C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm),v(methanol)∶v(water)=85∶15 as mobile ph... |
