HPLC法測定-α乙酰氨基-α-乙酯基-β-(3-吲哚)-丙酸乙酯 |

摘 要:采用Hypersill BDS C18色譜柱,以甲醇-水(60:40)為流動(dòng)相,流速1.0 mL.min-1,233nm為檢測波長(cháng),建立測定α-乙酰氨基-α-乙酯基-β-(3-吲哚)-丙酸乙酯的高效液相色譜法。進(jìn)樣量在4~20μg范圍內線(xiàn)性關(guān)系良好(r=0.9999)。RSD不大于0.68%。方法操作簡(jiǎn)單,分析速度快、準確,適用于α-乙酰氨基-α-乙酯基-β-(3-吲哚)-丙酸乙酯的質(zhì)量控制分析。 |

Abstract:A HPLC method was established for the determination of α-acetamino-α-carbethoxy-β-(3-indole)-propionate.The HPLC system consisted of Hypersill BDS C18 column(4.6 mm×200 mm,5um),methanol-water(60:40 v/v) mixture as mobile phase,detection wavelength 233nm,flow rate 1.0 ml.min-1 and column temperature at room temperature.The linear range is 4~20 μg(r=0.9999),and RSD less than 0.68%,indicating that the method was simple,quick,accurate,and suitable for the quality control of the product α-acetamino-α-carbethoxy-... |
