北美黃連主要生物堿的提取與分離 |

| 摘 要：簡(jiǎn)述了北美黃連的概況 ,對北美黃連的提取工藝進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗研究 ,最后對北美黃連中所含主要生物堿———北美黃連堿和小檗堿進(jìn)行了幾種分離方法和實(shí)驗研究。原藥材用混合溶劑直接提取分離 ,可得到含北美黃連堿 97.7%的結晶體 ,提取率達 6 5% ;提取物經(jīng)醇水溶解、酸化 ,可直接獲得小檗堿鹽酸鹽結晶 ,純度達到 99.9% ;用柱色譜法 ,可得到 99.5%的北美黃連堿 ,收率約 1% |

| Abstract：The experimental studies on the extracting method of Goldenseal and isolating method of Hydrastine and Berberine have been given.Hydrastine(97.7%) was obtained with extracted rate 65%by extracting the Goldenseal with mixed Solvent;Berberine hydrochloride (99.9%) was obtained by adding hydrochloride acid to alcohol (alcohol∶H 2O=1∶1) solution of the extract and Hydrastine (99.5%) was gained by CLC method with the yield 1%. |
