| 摘 要：綜述了不同取代基的2H-1,4-苯并噁嗪類(lèi)化合物的合成方法�？梢愿爬閮纱箢�(lèi),其一以鄰胺基苯酚或間鹵苯酚為原料,與不同的-α鹵代酸或酯反應,反應中不需要催化劑,在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中普遍采用;另一類(lèi)是用鈀作催化劑,能擴大化合物的類(lèi)型,并可選擇性合成光學(xué)活性物質(zhì)。 |

| Abstract：Synthesis methods of 2H-1,4-benzoxazine derivatives were reviewed in this paper.These methods could be classified into two classes: one was the reaction of o-aminophenol or m-halophenol with different α-halogenated acids or esters without any catalyst,which was used widely in industrial production;the other could enlarge compounds' classes via palladium as catalyst,and give optically active compound. |
