以Cl~(-1)為標識物檢測PVB產(chǎn)品水洗質(zhì)量的研究 |

摘 要:建立了檢測PVB產(chǎn)品水洗質(zhì)量的方法。通過(guò)比較研究,選擇以Cl-1為標識物,水為溶劑,用硫氰酸汞分光光度法檢測PVB產(chǎn)品水洗質(zhì)量。氯離子含量在20~100μg/10mL范圍內與其吸光度呈正線(xiàn)性相關(guān),檢出限為8.4μg/10mL;貧w方程為A=0.0024X(μg/10mL)-0.003,相關(guān)系數r2=0.9986。該方法準確、可靠、簡(jiǎn)便、實(shí)用。 |

Abstract:A method for testing the washing quality of product polyvinylbutyral was established.Water was used to be solvent,and mercury thiocyanate absorptiophotometry was selected to determine the content of chlorine ion in the products.Positive linear relationship was found between the absorbance value and the content of chlorine ion in the range of 20~100 μg/10 mL.The detection limit is 8.4 μg/10 mL.The Regression equation was as follow:A = 0.0024X(μg/10 mL)-0.003,the correlation coefficient r2=0.9986,indicatng th... |
