載銀納米二氧化鈦抗菌粉體的制備工藝研究 |

摘 要:以工業(yè)偏鈦酸、工業(yè)濃硫酸為原料,采用稀釋熱水解法連續酸溶水解,并將銀以磷酸難溶鹽的形式載入,制備出載銀納米二氧化鈦,優(yōu)惠工藝條件:酸溶物料比H2TiO3/H2SO4=3(m/m),酸溶時(shí)間150~180 min,水解時(shí)間100~120 min,獲得細小載銀納米前驅體。經(jīng)噴霧干燥和450、500、550℃熱處理后,XRD檢測發(fā)現TiO2均為銳鈦型,銀未以銀單質(zhì)或銀鹽晶相出現在納米粉體中。最終產(chǎn)品載銀納米二氧化鈦粒徑為20~80 nm,最小抑菌濃度達1.0×10-4 mg/kg,殺菌率為99.99%。 |

Abstract:In this study,precursor of nano-TiO2 was prepared from industrial H2TiO3 and 98% sulfuric acid in continuous acid dissolution and pyro-hydrolysis.The precursor was embedded with silver in the form of Ag3PO4.The optimum parameters for the preparation was the ratio of H2TiO3 to H2SO4 in dissolving process=3 and time=150-180 min,hydrolysis time=100-120 min.After dried with a sprayer and thermal treated at 450 ℃,500 ℃ and 550 ℃,the TiO2 present in the product was in anatase phase and without simple silver salin... |
